Dental Implants in Brentwood, TN
Replace missing teeth with permanent, natural-looking dental implants. Using advanced CBCT 3D imaging for precise placement and lasting results.

What Are Dental Implants?
Dental implants are the gold standard for replacing missing teeth. An implant consists of a small titanium post that is placed in your jawbone, where it fuses naturally with the bone over time. A custom porcelain crown is then attached to the post, creating a restoration that looks, feels, and functions just like a natural tooth.
At our Brentwood office, Dr. Roman uses advanced CBCT 3D imaging to plan implant placement with exceptional precision, resulting in better outcomes and faster healing.
Benefits of Dental Implants
Dental implants offer advantages that no other tooth replacement option can match:
- ✓Look and feel like natural teeth: no one will know the difference
- ✓Preserve jawbone health: prevent the bone loss that occurs with missing teeth
- ✓Permanent solution: with proper care, implants can last a lifetime
- ✓No impact on adjacent teeth: unlike bridges, implants don't require altering healthy teeth
- ✓Eat your favorite foods: full chewing function is restored
- ✓Easy maintenance: brush, floss, and care for them just like natural teeth
Who Is a Good Candidate?
Most adults with missing teeth are candidates for dental implants. Ideal candidates have adequate jawbone density to support the implant, healthy gums, and are committed to good oral hygiene.
Even if you've been told you don't have enough bone, modern techniques like bone grafting can often make implants possible. During your consultation, Dr. Roman will use CBCT imaging to evaluate your jawbone and determine the best approach.
What to Expect During Treatment
The implant process typically involves several stages over a few months. First, the titanium post is surgically placed in your jawbone during a minimally invasive procedure. Over the next 3 to 6 months, the implant integrates with your bone in a process called osseointegration.
Once the implant has fully integrated, we attach a custom abutment and porcelain crown, completing your new tooth. The result is a beautiful, permanent restoration you can enjoy for years to come.
For patients who experience anxiety, we offer sedation dentistry options to ensure your comfort throughout the entire process.
